Where they sell faith/Jaha Aastha bikiti hai

What is faith?

Faith: “complete trust or confidence in someone or something” Or “strong belief in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual conviction rather than proof.”

I have seen lots of people who put faith in God, leaders and spiritual leaders or political leaders. But sometimes the faith we put in some people is like being trapped there and never able to get out of it. The influence these powerful people have on us affects us in more than one way.

Putting faith in some people is just like getting brainwashed for their own personal agenda. The amount of money we throw in, in the name of the faith is quite remarkable. People get blind and follow the footsteps of the leader/person without giving it a second thought.

We are vulnerable and we always need guidance or something we can believe or put our faith in. People use our vulnerability and our power of faith for their own benefits. They just sell faith in order to earn money or to get something they desire.

How many of you have watched videos of so-called gurus who say they will help you, but you have to attend their seminar. I’m not speaking about the real gurus, I am talking about the gurus who can cure people by giving some fruit, or by simply touching them. How many people get fooled these gurus you can’t even imagine. Just like any industry this also thrives on our insecurities about our selves and our life.

I have seen people blindly follow One public figure because they are brainwashed by them. Political leaders and religious leaders fall in the top categories.

I know people want to believe in someone, or follow someone and its not bad. But we have to choose our role models very carefully. There are so many amazing people out there who have struggled a lot, suffered a lot but still achieved success and want to inspire other people. Follow people who have a great backstory, who are candid to their audiences.

Until next time.

Love Shreya..
